Steps

Cut the fish Into pieces,wash with lemon or vinegar to remove foul smell

Pour water into a cup,add ginger,garlic if desired,seasoning,black pepper,boil till it become soft

Boil the potatoes,mash,add chilli powder and seasoning then mix well
- 4
Chop the fish into small pieces,add the fish to the mash potatoes, add parsley and mix,shape into patties
- 5
Roll the patties in a flour,then egg then bread crumbs, fry by deep frying,fry in a medium heat,serve with tomato sauce
