Ingredients

  1. 1.1 poundsground beef (500 grams)
  2. 1large onion, grated
  3. Minced garlic
  4. Chopped parsley
  5. 1small baguette roll
  6. 1 cupwater (240 ml)
  7. Salt
  8. Black pepper
  9. Cumin
  10. Coriander
  11. Kofta spice blend
  12. Chili powder
  13. Dried thyme
  14. Paprika
  15. 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the baguette roll in the water until it softens, then drain off the excess water.

  2. 2

    Season the ground beef with the spices, add the soaked bread, and mix everything well.

  3. 3

    Shape the kofta mixture onto skewers and cook them either over charcoal or in the oven.
