Ingredients

  1. 1 bowldaal
  2. 5 bowlwater
  3. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  5. as neededOil
  6. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  10. 2chopped tomatoe
  11. 2green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water,salt, turmeric powder and daal in a cooker and cook it for 20-25 min

  2. 2

    For tadka

  3. 3

    Take a pan and add oil and add tomato and paste cook for 2 min and add all spices and cook till ghee comes out

  4. 4

    Add tadka in Dal and mix well

  5. 5

    Serve with chappati
