Ingredients

5-6medium size boiled potatoes
3/4 cup4_5 hrs soaked sago
to tasteSalt
3_4 Finely chopped green chilli
1/4 cupFinely chopped green coriander
as neededOil for shallow fry
For serving.
1 cupWhisk curd
As neededTarmarind chutney and green chutney
to tasteChat masala
as neededFinely chopped onions optional

Steps

Mash the potatoes and add all the ingredients except oil.

Take some oil on your palm and make tikki. Now fry it on non-stick pan till Golden.
3

For serving put 1_2tikkion a plate pour curd add chat masala and both chutney.serve it..
