Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CupDahi (Yogurt)
  2. 2 tbsCream
  3. Pani Water ½ Cup or as required
  4. 1 tbsLehsan paste Garlic paste
  5. 1/4 tspHaldee powder (Turmeric powder)
  6. Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  7. 1/2 kgMutton mix boti
  8. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  9. Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  10. 4-6Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped
  11. 1/2 Cupcooking oil
  12. Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
  13. Adrak (Ginger) julienne

Steps

  1. 1

    Method!
    In bowl,add yogurt and cream,whisk well & set aside.

    In wok,add water,garlic paste and mix well.

  2. 2

    Add turmeric powder,mix and bring it to boil.

    Add mutton mix boti,tomatoes,salt and mix well.

  3. 3

    Cover and cook on medium low flame for 15-20 minutes then cook on high flame for 8-10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add cooking oil,mix continuously and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add red chili powder and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add garam masala powder,mix well and cook until oil separates.

    On low flame,add yogurt+cream mixture,mix continuously and cook for 3-4 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add green chilies,fresh coriander and ginger,mix and cook on low flame until oil separates.

    Garnish with fresh coriander,ginger,green chili & serve.
