Wash your tomatoes, pepper and grate, slice your onion and cabbage and keep aside

Heat veg oil, stir fry your sliced onion, add your grated tomatoes, pepper and fry. Add your salt,maggi and curry

Add your sliced cabbage and stir. Allow to cook on a low heat for 3_5mins
