Fried panla fish
Fried meat

Pour the okra in a pot

Add little water

Add pepper, place on a medium heat
4

Add salt,Maggi,snail,iyanapaja leaf,meat,fish,crayfish,stock fish,pomo,locust bean

Allow it to boil,then add a pinch of palm oil
6

Allow it to cook,do not cover it and don't over cook it

Then serve
