  4. Palm oil
  5. Grated or sliced okro
  6. Grated red pepper
  7. Locust beans
  8. Crayfish
  9. Pomo
  10. Stock fish
  11. Fried panla fish
  12. Fried meat
  13. Snail(optional)

    Pour the okra in a pot

  2. 2

    Add little water

  3. 3

    Add pepper, place on a medium heat

  4. 4

    Add salt,Maggi,snail,iyanapaja leaf,meat,fish,crayfish,stock fish,pomo,locust bean

  5. 5

    Allow it to boil,then add a pinch of palm oil

  6. 6

    Allow it to cook,do not cover it and don't over cook it

  7. 7

    Then serve
