4red chili peppers
6orange bird's eye chilies
4green bird's eye chilies
3kaffir lime leaves
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 teaspoonroasted shrimp paste
1-2 tablespoonspalm sugar
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoongranulated sugar
3shallots

Steps

Grind the shallots, palm sugar, shrimp paste, granulated sugar, and salt until smooth.

Add all the chilies. Grind again, then add the kaffir lime leaves. Grind until the aroma is released. Mix in the lime juice. Check the taste.
