Ingredients

  • 4bird eye chilli peppers
  • 2cayenne peppers
  • 1 tspfish/shrimp paste
  • 1small scallion
  • Halftsp salt
  • 1 tsppalm sugar
  • 1 tsplime juice
  • 1 sliceslightly underripe mango

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the mango into small pieces and put aside

  2. 2

    Blend all the other ingredients or use mortar

  3. 3

    Mix with mango evenly and serve fresh.

  4. 4

    I used dried peppers because fresh peppers are out of season now.
