1/2 kgDahi
6-7 tbspSugar
1 tsproasted Zeera powder
1 tsp Dahi bara masala / Chat masala
Pinch Salt
1/2 tsp Corn flour (optional)
(For Bara) :
1 Instant Dahi baray pack or Mash daal paste
Warm water

30 min

Procedure :
Mix warm water to dahi bara flour

Make a smooth paste. Rest for 30 min

Grind yogurt with sugar
4

Heat Oil n make bara's fry till golden in color
5

Soaked in warm water for 15 min

Remove excess of water from bara's by pressing it
7

Grind yogurt
8

Add in a bowl of bara'S and Chickes..
rest for 10 min.

Then garnish on top by Chat masala and paaprhi
