1/2 cupgrated Jaggery

In a fry pan add grated paneer and jaggery.In a low medium flame keep stirring till the water evaporates entirely.When it becomes totally dry turn off the heat.Serve Injri when it’s normal in temperature.A quick,yummy dessert ready in 2 minutes.
