My baby steps in baking using the ka small jiko la makaa hehe having the passion in baking and focusing to aim higher to be among the best bakers

Ingredients

  1. 500 gmself raising flour
  2. 250 gmmargarine
  3. 250 gmsugar
  4. pitch of salt
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1 tea spoonvanilla essence
  7. 2 table spoondrinking chocolate powder
  8. 1/4 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare your baking tin by greasing or applying some oil or margarine and dust with some little flour.

    In a bowl put the margarine and sugar and beat them together until fluffy

  3. 3

    Beat eggs one by one and add them in the mixture and continue mixing add in vanilla essence and a pinch of salt and mix very well

  4. 4

    Add in your flour and mixing well until they well combine. in this stage add in the milk and mix well. next separate the paste into two bowls. in one bowl add in the drinking chocolate powder.

    Put your sufuria on a jiko then weka mawe tatu katikati to form something like a meko then. in you baking tin add in your mixture.

    Weka kwa sufuria enye iko kwa meko then funika and let it bake approximately 40 minutes observing careful to avoid burnig

  7. 7

    Confirm using a tooth pick or knife by inserting the knife in the middle of the cake when it comes out clean then your cake is reedy. remove from the jiko and let it cool add ice.
