Steps

Wash peel and cut raw banana and potato into cubes.

Heat oil in a cooker. Put cumin seeds in it. When they crackle put turmeric powder, saute, add potato and raw banana pieces. Mix well.

Now add salt and water and give 2-3 whistles to it.

Switch off the gas and let the pressure release.

Let it cool. Now add whisked curd and mix properly.

Heat oil and make a tempering with red chilli powder and pour over it.

Serve hot with roti or rice.

You can skip turmeric powder and also eat it in fasts.
