Ingredients

  1. 3Onion large finely chopped
  2. 2Tomato medium finely chopped
  3. 1/2 tbspKashmiri chilli powder
  4. 2 tbspCoriander powder
  5. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 4 cupsCooked rice
  9. 3Eggs
  10. 1 tspSaunf
  11. as neededCurry leaves few
  12. 5 tbspOil
  13. 1/2 tbspPepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil, sauf, curry leaves for tempering add onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and saute well then add tomatoes, kashmiri chilli powder, Corrinder powder and saute well add jus a cup of water and close the lid slow Cook in simmer for 10 minutes oil separates.

    Beat eggs with salt and pepper add to the masala and saute them add cooked rice and mix well. Hot and tasty Egg keema rice ready.
