Ingredients

  • Potatoes halfkg
  • Cheese cubes 2
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspBhuna masala
  • White pepper half tsp
  • 2 tbspBread crumbs
  • to tasteSalt
  • Chinese salt halftbsp
  • Chicken powder halftsp
  • Oil for frying
  • For coating
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Eggs
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    At first boil potatoes by adding salt then mashed them well

    Then add all spices mention above..

    Then add cheese

    Then add bread crumbs salt if required and mix it

    Then coat them with bread crumbs and egg(add red chilli flakes and black pepper as well)

    Then shallow fry them and serve
