Put in a pot add water and pinch of salt

When its done sieve and keep aside

Add oil to a pan

Put on d onions the red ball pepper and the scotch bonnet

Stir add maggi garlic and ginger stir well and leave it for some seconds

Add the potatoes and leave it to cook for about 3 to 5 mints

Wash zobo add ginger cloves and mint leave to a pot
- 8
When its boiled sieve and leave to get cold

Add sugar and ice block
