Preheat oven 350°F or 176°C

Grease and line baking paper to a 8 x 8 inch square pan. Set aside.

In a blender combine avocado (pitted first), applesauce, maple syrup and vanilla. Once blended well pour into a large bowl.

Whisk in the eggs.

Add the coconut flour, cocoa powder, sea salt and baking soda. Stir until well combined. Add dark choc chips if desired.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Place into oven and cook for 25mins. Allow to cool in pan for 20mins then cut.

Keep in an airtight container for 4 days or store in fridge or freezer for longer life
