Steps

Remove all mushrooms stains

Make cavity in mushroom caps with a knife and set aside.

Heat oil in a non stick pan, add chopped onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add red,yello,green capsicum and broccoli.. saute for 2 min

Mix cheese, sautéed mixture, pepper powder and red chilli sauce.

Stuff this mixture into the mushroom caps..(You can also sprinkle salt in the cavities and add few drops of olive oil and then stuff with mixture).

Make a batter of white refined flour

Take a tooth pick... and joint two mushrooms together...

Pick one by one mushrooms and deep into the flour batter.... and coat with bread crums..

Take a pan heat the oil

Deep fry the mushrooms for the 5-7 min.....

Serve hot and enjoy
