In a bowl take besan, ajwain, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala,chat masala

Add water and mix very well

The batter should not be very thick nor too thin

Hot the oil and slid the besan batter coated bread in the oil

Fry on medium flame till they are crisp and golden brown
- 6
Serve bread pakora with tomato sauce
