Steps

Wash and scrub potatoes thoroughly and cut it into thin round slices.(if you want to keep the peel on,keep it. Otherwise peel it off)

Immediately wash it in cold running water, until the starch is washed off. Then put it in chilled water for 5minutes.

Dry both sides of the potato slices with a towel.

Mix all the ingredients for the seasoning in a bowl and put the potato slices in it and toss well.

Line a microwave safe plate with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.

Place the potato slices one it.careful that the slices aren’t touching each other.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes 30 seconds and take it out.

Flip it and microwave again for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes: the microwaving time depends on the thickness of the potato slices and the power of your microwave oven.

Notes :You can use seasoning of your choice.
