Ingredients

  • 1 bowlbesan
  • 1/2-2/3 cupwater or as required
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoongaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspajwain
  • 1/4 tspchaat masala
  • 2potatoes cut in thin slices
  • As requiredRefined for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    For making batter in bowl take besan, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, ajwain, chaat masala

  2. 2

    Add water and mix well

  3. 3

    Now add potatoes slices in this mixture

  4. 4

    Hot the oil and fry this potatoes on medium flame till they are crisp and golden brown
