Put curd in muslin cloth. Tie cloth and hang it for 3-4 hours.

Remove skin of mango. Cut into small pieces.

Add sugar and blend it in a fine puree.

Transfer in a mixing bowl. Add hung curd. Add cardamom powder. Whisk it with hand blender until creamy texture. Keep it in fridge for 1/2 or 1 hour before serving.

Amrakhand is ready to serve. Serve in tarts or with puri.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits of your choice. Enjoy chilled amrakhand.
