Halfchicken (cut into 5-6 pcs)
Potato (dice)
Carrot (dice)
3shallots
3 clovesgarlic
3 tbspsoy sauce
1 tbspoyster sauce
Salt if needed
leavesCoriander

Steps

Fry chicken and potato until golden brown. Set aside.

Blend shallots and garlic. Fry until fragrant.
3

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and some salt of needed. Lastly,add carrot and fried chicken and potato. Sprinkle with coriander leaves. Best to be serve with white rice.
