Wash and soaked the dal for 10 minutes and add salt and turmeric powder water and boil it.

Take a pand heat ghee and add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, onion toamto and fry it. Now add salt red chilli powder garam masala and fry it.

Now add boil daal in it and cooked on low flame for 10 minute.

Moong dal ready to serve.
