Mix all the ingredients well.

Cook on a nonstick skillet, griddle, or pancake maker (if available) over heat until bubbles form on the surface and the color changes from batter to the typical qatayef color.

Fill with nuts, or shape into cones to fill with cream or chocolate after frying, then fry in plenty of oil.

Remove from the oil and dip in syrup, then drain and serve.

Fill the cone-shaped qatayef with chocolate or cream and garnish with nuts. Enjoy!

You can use chocolate spread as a substitute for Nutella for the filling.
