1 cuppotato, boiled mashed
1/2 tspginger garlic paste
1/2 tspchilli flakes
3 tbspcheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tspmixed herbs
1/4 tsppepper, crushed
to tastesalt
1/2 tspchaat masala
2 tbspcoriander leaves, finely chopped
1/4 cupbread crumbs
for coating:
1/4 cupcorn flour
1/4 tsppepper, crushed
1 cupbread crumbs
1/4 tspsalt
1/4 cupwater
as neededoil for deep frying

In a large mixing bowl take 1 cup of boiled and mashed potato

Add 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and 2 spoon of corn flour

Add salt as per taste and 2 spoon of pepper powder

Add 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes and 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste

Add 1/2 cup of bread crumbs

Mix well make sure all spices combine well

In another bowl add 3 tsp of corn flour, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder and 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder

Add water and prepare a smooth flowing consistency batter

Pinch a small ball sized potato dough and roll to cylindrical shape

Dip in corn flour batter covering all sides.

Then roll in bread crumbs.

Deep fry, shallow fry or pan fry the patties in hot oil

Fry till it turns golden and crisp

Serve potato nuggets with tomato sauce.
