Ingredients

  • 2
  • Paratha dough
  • 2 cupsmaida
  • 2tblspn oil
  • Salt
  • 1tspn sugar
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • Warer as required
  • Chicken Boti ingredients
  • 250 gmchicken
  • 3tblspn curd
  • 1tspn Ginger garlic paste
  • 2.5tblspn tikka masala
  • 1tblspn oil
  • Imli chutni
  • 1/2 cupimli pulp
  • 1/2fresh coriander
  • 1/2 bunchfresh mint
  • 1/2tspn zeera
  • 1tblspn sugar
  • Salt
  • 1lemon juice
  • 2garlic cloves
  • Garlic mayonnaise sauce
  • 3tblspn yogurt
  • 4tblspn mayonnaise
  • 2tblspn vinegar
  • 1tspn garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all ingredients and make a soft dough for paratha, rest an hour.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add chicken and add all ingredients. Marinate chicken for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Cook chicken until chicken cook well and water should be dry.

  4. 4

    When chicken ready give a coal smoke.

  5. 5

    Make a paratha and fry them in little oil.

  6. 6

    For imli chatni add all ingredients in blender and blend them.

  7. 7

    For mayo sauce mix all ingredients well.
