Chocolate mousse parfait

Add the cold milk into the whipped cream powder, mix until slightly thick. If you are using the liquid one just follow the instructions on the package then go to step 2.

Add the icing sugar, cocoa powder, the coffee (mix with warm water), vanilla & melted choco

Mix until fully incorporated, (if u want it darker add more melted chocolate) keep refrigerate for 10-15 mintues.

Remove from the fridge, stir and transfer to a piping bag, Pipe into cups, add the oreo cookies, then another layer of mousse, repeat until cup is filled up.

Top with some chocolate sprinkles, chocolate and chocolate shavings. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
