Ingredients

  • For sauce:
  • 2 cupsFresh milk
  • Chicken stock half cup
  • 2/3 tbspMaida
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1 tspCrushed black pepper
  • 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  • Origano as per ur taste
  • Salt as req
  • 2 tspChopped lehsan
  • 1 tspParsely
  • 1 tspWhite pepper
  • 1 cupBoiled n sherred chicken
  • Parmesan cheese as req
  • Boiled pasta

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek pan me butter r maida r lehsan dal k roast kar lein.stove se hata kar stock add karen r mix karen k koi lump na banay.

  2. 2

    Again stove pe rakhen.r thora thora milk add karte jayen spoon chalate hue.

  3. 3

    Baki k ingre add karen r thora thick kar lein bht ziada thick nai hona chahiye.

  4. 4

    Pasta add karen mix karen.boiled n sherred chicken add karen parsely n parmesan cheese add kar k serve karen.
