Ingredients

4 to 5 person
  • 1 kgmilk
  • Halfcup coloured vermicelli
  • Halfcup sugar
  • 2 tbsp strawberry custard
  • tinTropical fruits
  • Banana and pineapple jelly
  • Pistachios, cashew nuts and almonds
  • Milk cream for garnish if u like

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil 1 kg milk then add half cup sugar along with coloured vermicelli.

  2. 2

    Let it cook meanwhile take half cup of milk and mix 2 tb sp strawberry custard in it.

  3. 3

    Then pour it in cooking vermicelli. Cook for a while until custard form.

  4. 4

    Let it cool for some time.

  5. 5

    Meanwhile make banana and pine apple jellies by boiling water and dissolving the packs of jellies in it. Place a side. Make it separately.

  6. 6

    Now mix half fruit tin in custard along with nuts.

  7. 7

    Remaining fruits, nuts and jelly use for garnishing.

  8. 8

    Ready. Refrigerate it for an hr then serve chilled.
