Take a bowl cover with muslin cloth and put curd and hang for 4 to 5 hours

After 5 hours transfer the curd in a bowl, add paneer, add cheese

Now add gram flour, add cashew and walnut

Now add raisins, ginger, green chilli and salt

Add White pepper and chilli flacks mix well now grease your hand with oil and make small tikki,. Make all the kabab like this

Coat with bread crumbs,

Now heat grill pan and add some oil, put kabab on grill pan, shallow fry both sides in low flame

Dahi kabab is Serve with salad. Enjoy
