Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMash daal
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1 tspRed chili flakes
  4. 1 tspCumin roasted and crushed
  5. pinchSoda
  6. 1/2 kgYougurt
  7. to tasteSugar
  8. Chaat Masala according to your taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak mash daal for about 4 to 5 hours.

  2. 2

    Drain excess water and blend in smooth refined paste add salt, soda, red chili flakes, cumin roasted and crushed. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Now fry baday in deep fry oil, when fry soak in water for 15 mins.

  4. 4

    Remove baday and squeeze extra water.

    Mix yougurt and sugar.

  6. 6

    Place your baday in bowl add sweet yougurt and sprinkle Chaat Masala.
