Spinach Chicken Egg Soup (Gluten Free)

Steps

In a big pot, add water. Bring it to boil.

Add the chicken (bones + meat), anchovies in.

Add soya sauce, vinegar, sprinkle of salt. Bring to boil and then lower the heat and simmer for about 30-40 mins.

Add spinach and eggs in and stir well.

Cover with lid and cook for another 10 mins.

Sprinkle some white pepper and serve hot with rice.
