Ingredients

10 mins
4 ( 2 rolls per person)
  1. 2green peppers (bigger size recommended)
  2. 8thin slices of pork meet
  3. Just a little bit of salt & pepper
  4. 1 teaspoonflour
  5. BBQ sauce  (Recommended product: Authentic Mild Japanese Yakiniku BBQ Sauce by Kikkoman 14 oz)  *Or soy ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Cut each green pepper into quarters, and coat them with flour.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle salt and pepper over the sliced pork meet, and wrap each slice around each green pepper.

  3. 3

    Wrap all of them.

  4. 4

    Put them on a dish and cover them in plastic wrap.

  5. 5

    Heat them up in a 600W microwave for 4 minutes. (Check if the meat is cooked well enough; if not, extend the time.)

  6. 6

    Put BBQ sauce on them. Complete!

  7. 7

    Put them on the side of your main dish. Enjoy! :)
