Previous stages are not taken :First boil the fresh milk until the water content goes down. Then cool the milk completely, put in a container and add in the bio yoghurt in it and keep aside to thicken like two days, if you want it fruited you can add in fruit before it thickens completely,if add sugar during boiling process and after 2to 3days your have your yogoyogo. Why use of Bio yoghurt the culture and bacteria in it is very high.
