Soak daal for 2 hours and then mix zeera,red chilli, ginger garlic paste, onion and boil daal is tender grind.

Mix boiled potatoes and remaining ingredients with grind daal and make kababs.

Dip in eggs and fry.

Warm buns on tawa,spread green chutni,put egg (fry anda) then put kabab, add more chutni, tomato, onion and cucumber slicesand again warm buns on tawa.
