Ba'albek Sfiha with Puff Pastry

Blend the herbs, tomato, and onion in a food processor until finely chopped.

Add the mixture to the ground veal and mix well by hand.

Place the puff pastry pieces on parchment paper and poke holes in the center to prevent them from puffing up too much.

Top each piece with the meat mixture and bake in the center of the oven at 350°F (180°C) until the tops are golden brown. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon.
