Steps

Take a pan and add a spoon of oil and fry peanuts and keep aside. Then fry chanadal and atlast chilli and curry leaves.

Then add little oil and fry makai poha and keep aside. Atlast add haldi powder in oil and add kurmure and salt and mix well.

Then add all the remaining fried items and give a quick mix.Let it cool and store in airtight container.
