Soak rice. Soak udad dalwith methi seeds for six hours

Grind into fine paste by adding sufficient water. Leave it overnight. Add saltafter the batter ferments

Pour on ladle of batter. Sprinkle tomato, onion, chilies,coriander. Grated carrot can also be added.bake on both sides by applying oil

Serve hot with your favourite chutney
