Ozbek samosa is one of the traditional foods of Afghanistan. This dish is so delicious and simple. This dish is one of my favorite dishes to. So if you want to make this dish so you should follow me step by step. You will love it. #Cookpad Ramadan

In a bowl add flour and salt than mix it. Than add water and mix it and make a dough. Rest the dough for 30min.

Than make the filling of samosas. Cut sasauges in small pieces. And also cut onions. Mix them together with salt, black pepper and masala.

Than level the dough as you can. Than pour the melted butter on it.

Than roll the dough. And cut the roll in pieces.

Level one piece of dough. Than put the filling in the center of the dough. Than make the shape of triangle.

Make a paste from 1 egg yolk and a little of milk. Than brush samosas. Than pour nigella black on samosas. Than put your dough in oven in 180c for about 25_30 minutes.

So the samosas are ready.
