Ingredients

  1. 500 gmpeas
  2. 50 gmmakhane / foxnuts
  3. 2big onions
  4. 2big tomatoes
  5. 1small piece ginger
  6. 2green chilli
  7. 4 piecesgarlic
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspdry coriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric
  11. 1/2 tspkasoori methi
  12. To tastesalt
  13. 1 pinchhing / asafoetida
  14. 2 tbspcooking oil
  15. 1/2 tspjeera / cumin

Cooking Instructions

    Add onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chilli in a jar and make a thick paste

  2. 2

    Soak makhane in water for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Take a cooker add oil, hing, jeera and paste and spices in it

  4. 4

    Fry the paste well after that add peas and makhane and fry them well

  5. 5

    Add 2 cups of water in it and close it for 2 whistles.

  6. 6

    Take out the curry in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
