Boil potatoes, green peas and cauliflower.

Chop tomato, onion and capsicum.

In a pan take oil and put the chopped onion, tomato and capsicum and mix till soft.

Make a paste of garlic and red chilli powder and add to the onion tomato mixture. Mash everything together with a smasher.

Then add the boiled vegetables to the mixture and again smash them. Add a little water and let it cook.

Once the vegetables are cooked properly, add pav bhaji masala, salt and mix properly.

On a hot pan, put some butter. Cut the pav in half and grill it on pan till little crispy.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and spoon of butter. Once done your pav bhaji is ready to serve.
