Ingredients

  • 500 gmsFish fillets
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 cupHung curd
  • 2 tspAlmond paste
  • 6 tspOlive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a marinade of above ingredients using 1 tspn olive oil

  2. 2

    Add fish fillets in the marinade.

  3. 3

    Cook on a grill pan or on normal nonstick pan from both sides. Using skewers or normally.Serve with chutney.
