Ingredients

  • 1.5 cupbesan
  • 1 tbspRice flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • pinchSoda
  • 2 tspRed chili flakes
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • 1/4 tspAjwain
  • 2Onion sliced
  • 1 cubesPotatoes
  • 6-8Green chili chopped
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all the veggies. Set a side.

  2. 2

    Now make better, take besan, rice flour add salt, soda, red chili flakes, Ajwain, haldi and water to make nice better.

  3. 3

    Add all your vegetables and mix well. Now make pokaras in deep fry oil.
