Ingredients

  1. Steak
  2. Sault pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Get a steak with fat on the edges Sault and pepper both sides

  2. 2

    Heat up a pan no oil trust me

  3. 3

    Score the fat a few times then put the fat side down this should sizzle as it goes into the pan

  4. 4

    When the fat is dark turn on it's sides this is ribeye steak so it takes 5 minutes in each side and if the edge are red cook the ends to seal

  5. 5

    Leave on a plate or chopping board for 5 minutes so the middle of the steak spread threw out.
