Steps

Take a kucha and cut it from centre to make two pieces of each kulcha.

Now spread some tomato sauce on one side of kulcha and spread red chilli powder, salt and oregano on it.

Now heat a tawa and put some oil on it. Fry these kulcha from both sides.

Cut the cheese slices and spread on roasted kulcha and make roll of this kulcha. Fix a toothpick in centre of each kulcha roll to avoid opening it.

Now microwave these rolls for 20 seconds and serve with tomato sauce.
