  1. 250 gmutton
  2. 100 gsmall onion
  3. 7Dried red chillies
  4. 2 spoonsJeera / cumin
  5. 1 spoonDhaniya seeds / coriander seeds
  6. 2 spoonsBlack pepper
  7. 2 slicesCoconut
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 7 spoonsOil

    Add some oil in the pan coconut, red chillies,dhaniya, pepper and Jeera and saute for a min.

  2. 2

    Transfer the mixture to a mixie and grind them to a very fine paste.

  3. 3

    Add the mentioned amount of oil and onion in a chopped manner in a pan. Sought well.

  4. 4

    Add the mutton in the pan and cook for some time.

  5. 5

    Now add the mixture of coconut, salt and some water according to the liquidity you want.

  6. 6

    Close the pan and cook for 12 mins.

  7. 7

    It is done well. Serve hot with white rice, chapathi, Biryani, pulao,etc.
