Sweet potato chips
Steps

Firstly wash and peel potato next cut in thin round shape and soak in water as it gets black fast.

In a frying pan heat oil for frying till that time take 1 tablespoon salt in bowl add water and mix this mixture till salt dissolve.

In oil add one to two tsp of salty water and leave for 5 mins next add one batch of chips and deep fry on high flame till it becomes golden brown.

Next take out chips soak oil with help of tissue paper then sprinkle red chilli powder on hot chips and store them in airtight container.

Note:- 1)Never store hot chips as then it wil become soggy. 2)Do with care as putting water in hot water is little risky.
