For 4 person's

1 glassWater
2 spoonsLemon juice
7-8mint leaves
to tasteSugar syrup
1/4 spoonlemon zest

Steps

Take a bowl add lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar syrup and chopped mint leaves

Mix it well and strain into moulds

Add some chopped mint in it and fridge it for 2 hours.
